Printing a Completed Patient Flu Consent Form

Printing when Filling a Flu Injection Prescription

To print a completed Flu Consent Form:

1. From the Flu Injection window, select the Consent button.
   
   The Flu Injection module launches in Patient Centre.

2. Scroll to the bottom and enter in any additional information that must b kept on file in the Pharmacy Use section.
3. Select Confirm . The information is saved.
4. Select Print . The Print Options window appears.
5. Set the preferred printing options.
6. Select OK. The Flu Consent Form is printed.

Printing After a Flu Prescription is Filled

To print a completed Flu Consent Form:

1. Search for and select a patient.
2. Select the Profile tab.
3. Locate the flu prescription.

4. Select the paperclip icon located next to the prescription. A PDF of the attachment will open.
5. From the PDF window, select File > Print.
6. Select the Print button.
